Please read carefully. These Terms form an agreement between you and the individual operator using the unregistered brand NXLabTW (“Operator”) concerning AstraNote. Contact: astranote@nxlabtw.com. If mandatory law grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights prevail.

1. Acceptance and legal capacity

By creating or using an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service is available to users of all ages. Where applicable law requires the consent or involvement of a legal representative, that consent or involvement must be obtained. A guardian who creates, approves, or manages an account accepts responsibility for supervising its use.

2. Service

AstraNote provides Free, Plus, Pro, and Ultra plans. Free includes 20 notes and 128 KB; Plus includes 50 notes and 256 KB; Pro includes 512 KB and Ultra includes 1024 KB, both without a separate note-count limit, subject to storage, rate, and reasonable-use controls. One subscription month always means 30 consecutive days. Purchases are offered for 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, or 36 months and do not renew automatically.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly stop using a compromised account. Usernames are case-insensitively unique and cannot be changed. A verified Email can be used for password reset, and Email two-step verification may be enabled in Settings. When enabled, a correct password alone does not complete sign-in: a single-use six-digit code sent by Email is also required. Note PINs are independent and cannot be recovered through password reset. AstraNote shares a limit of 100 outgoing emails per UTC day; after it is reached, verification, reset, and two-step codes cannot be sent until UTC 00:00. Sessions may exist on multiple devices. A session begins with a fourteen-day expiry, may extend by two days through authenticated use, and never lasts beyond twenty-eight days from the relevant login. You can view the signed-in devices in Settings and end any non-current session. AstraNote may temporarily disable an account through its recorded UTC suspension date; no session is issued while a suspension remains active.

4. Your content and encryption

You retain ownership of your note content. You grant the Operator only the limited licence necessary to host, process, encrypt, decrypt, transmit, display, protect, and delete that content in order to provide the service. Available protection is no encryption, AES-128-GCM, AES-256-GCM, AstraSecret, AstraConfidential, or AstraZero. Encryption is selected when a note is created and cannot later be changed. New encrypted notes protect their title separately with AES-256-GCM while still returning it to the authenticated owner for lists and title search. The AES modes are managed by the server and are not end-to-end or zero-knowledge encryption; the Operator may technically decrypt them. AstraSecret uses a 4–6 digit PIN for everyday protection. New AstraConfidential notes require an active Plus, Pro or Ultra plan and use a case-sensitive 4–16 character PIN made from printable ASCII letters, numbers, and symbols, together with server-side protection bound to the account and note. The PIN and final client key are not stored by AstraNote. AstraConfidential is server-assisted client-side encryption, not a zero-knowledge guarantee: the client application and server must still be trusted while unlocking, and loss of the PIN, account access, or required server-side protection may make its content permanently unreadable. Existing AstraConfidential SCHybrid notes retain their original 4–6 digit PIN format and remain available for reading and editing, subject to the same plan locks. New AstraZero notes require Pro, Ultra or Admin and use a case-sensitive 4–16 character PIN of non-space printable ASCII characters; its client-only key protection is described above. Encryption increases storage use; short notes may have proportionally larger overhead.

5. Plans, locking, deletion, and payments

Ultra, Pro and Plus time is recorded separately in days. Ultra time is used first, then Pro, then Plus. Lower tiers pause while a higher tier has time. There is no grace period. Notes exceeding the current plan are locked by the server from largest to smallest. A locked note remains readable and may be permanently deleted, but cannot be edited, shared, organized, or recovered. A note continuously locked for 30 days is permanently deleted without backup. You must renew, reduce usage, or keep an independent copy before that date. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not responsible for restoring or compensating notes deleted under this disclosed rule.

Bitcoin payments use Satora. Returning in the client is not proof of payment; access is granted only after server verification. For a faster checkout, Satora may report a Bitcoin payment before its first blockchain confirmation; network conflicts can still require manual review. For a failed, mismatched, unresolved, or unfulfilled payment, do not pay again and contact astranote@nxlabtw.com immediately and no later than seven days after discovering the issue. Provide the username, local order ID, Satora payment ID, and TXID if available, but never a password, PIN, private key, or seed phrase. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, late notice may end any obligation to preserve, investigate, restore, or compensate the transaction.

6. Sharing

Sharing is off by default. Enabling it creates an unguessable, read-only link and publishes the selected note, your chosen public display name, and a masked version of your email to anyone who possesses the link. Shared pages request that search engines not index them, but no guarantee is made that third parties will comply. You are responsible for the material you share. Revoking sharing, deleting a note, or deleting an account invalidates the link. Sharing is unavailable for AstraSecret, AstraConfidential, AstraZero and legacy SCHybrid notes, which require the owner’s decryption credentials.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not use AstraNote to violate law, infringe rights, threaten or harass others, distribute unlawful material, facilitate crime, store malicious code, attack any person or system, evade access controls or rate limits, automate abusive requests, probe or exploit vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation, impair availability, access another account or note, or cause unreasonable consumption of storage, processing, bandwidth, CAPTCHA, or administrative resources. You bear responsibility for your conduct and content. The Operator may restrict or terminate access reasonably believed necessary to protect users, systems, legal rights, or service availability.

8. Human verification

Registration, permanent note deletion, and payment-order creation require a CAPTCHA. Verification data is submitted to the verification provider and checked server-side. Completing a CAPTCHA does not create a right to have a request accepted; session, CSRF, ownership, capacity, and rate-limit checks also apply.

9. Availability, backups, and changes

AstraNote has no user-data backup service. You must keep independent copies of important material. The service may be changed, suspended, relocated, limited, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, financial, infrastructure, or other legitimate reasons. Where reasonably practicable, material changes will be announced. Terms may be updated with a new effective date and reasonable notice. Continued use after that date accepts the updated Terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law; where separate consent is required, it will be requested. The service is not suitable for emergency, life-safety, medical, legal-record, or sole-copy archival use.

10. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstraNote is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free, permanently available, or completely secure operation. The Operator is not liable for loss caused by matters outside reasonable control, third-party services, user credential loss, user sharing, incompatible devices, or failure to maintain a copy. If account or note data is lost, corrupted, or becomes inaccessible for any reason, or if the website is interrupted, unavailable, or permanently discontinued, the Operator has no obligation to restore the data, continue the service, or compensate any resulting loss. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that may not lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable.

11. Account deletion

Account deletion requires an authenticated session, the exact username, the current password, and a single-use six-digit Email code. Confirmation immediately and permanently removes the live account directory and notes, revokes all sessions and sharing links, and cannot be cancelled or restored. AstraNote provides no service backup. Username and email may be registered again after no matching account directory remains. Separate records may be retained only where required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

12. Intellectual property

AstraNote, its repository source code, names, logos, service presentation, and non-user third-party materials are proprietary unless a separate written licence expressly states otherwise. Copyright (c) 2026 NXLabTW. All Rights Reserved. No right to copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, deploy, or create derivative works is granted by access to the repository or Service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are principally governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without excluding mandatory consumer, privacy, or jurisdictional protections applicable to you. The competent court at the Operator’s locality in Taiwan is the agreed first-instance forum only to the extent legally permitted; this clause does not deprive a consumer of a court or small-claim forum provided by mandatory law.

14. General

If a provision is invalid, it is adjusted or severed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The English, Traditional Chinese and Japanese versions are intended to express the same substance; where interpretation is required, mandatory law and the version most favourable to a consumer apply to the extent required. 請仔細閱讀。本協議由您與以 NXLabTW 未登記品牌名義營運 AstraNote 的個人服務提供者（下稱「營運者」）訂立。聯絡信箱：astranote@nxlabtw.com。法律賦予且不得預先拋棄的權利，不因本協議而受限制。

一、同意與行為能力

建立或使用帳號即表示您已閱讀並接受本協議與隱私政策。本服務開放所有年齡使用；如適用法律要求法定代理人同意或參與，使用者仍須依法取得。為未成年人建立、核准或管理帳號的法定代理人，同意負責監督其使用。

二、服務內容

AstraNote 提供 Free、Plus、Pro 與 Ultra 方案。Free 為20篇筆記及128 KB；Plus 為50篇筆記及256 KB；Pro 為512 KB，Ultra 為1024 KB；Pro 與 Ultra 不另設筆記篇數限制，但仍受容量、速率及合理使用規則約束。本服務所稱一個月固定為連續30天，可購買1、3、6、9、12、24或36個月，且不會自動續費。

三、帳號與安全

您應提供正確資料、保密登入資訊，並於帳號疑遭入侵時停止使用。使用者名稱 不分大小寫判斷唯一且建立後不得更改。已驗證的 Email 可用於重設密碼，也可在設定啟用 Email 兩步驟驗證。啟用後，即使密碼正確，也必須輸入寄至 Email 的一次性六位數字才能完成登入。筆記 PIN 為獨立憑證，不能藉由重設密碼復原。AstraNote 全站每天 UTC 共用 100 封寄信額度；額度用完後，Email 驗證、重設與兩步驟驗證碼都要到 UTC 00:00 後才能再寄送。可同時於多裝置登入。每次登入初始有效十四日，經已登入操作每次得延長二日，但自該次登入起最長不超過二十八日。您可在設定查看已登入裝置，並結束非目前裝置的登入階段；帳號若在紀錄的 UTC 停用日期前處於停用狀態，系統不會簽發登入階段。

四、使用者內容與加密

筆記內容仍歸您所有。您僅授予營運者為提供服務所必要的有限權利，包括託管、處理、加密、解密、傳輸、顯示、保護及刪除內容。可選擇不加密、AES-128-GCM、AES-256-GCM 、AstraSecret、AstraConfidential 或 AstraZero；加密方式於建立時決定且之後不得更換。所有加密方式都會讓筆記名稱保持明文，以便在清單中辨認；只有內容會加密。AES 模式由伺服器管理，並非端對端或零知識加密，營運者在技術上可能解密。新建立 AstraConfidential 筆記需要有效的 Plus、Pro 或 Ultra，並使用區分大小寫、由可列印 ASCII 英文字母、數字及符號組成的4～16字元 PIN。AstraSecret 使用4～6位數字 PIN，定位為日常保護。兩者均配合綁定帳號與筆記的伺服器端保護來加密內容；AstraNote 不儲存 PIN 或最終客戶端金鑰。AstraConfidential 屬於伺服器協助的客戶端加密，而非零知識保證；解鎖時仍須信任客戶端程式與伺服器，且遺失 PIN、帳號存取權或必要的伺服器端保護，均可能使筆記內容永久無法讀取。加密會增加儲存用量，短內容的比例開銷可能更高。 既有 AstraConfidential SCHybrid 筆記仍沿用原本的 4–6 位數 PIN，並可繼續讀取及編輯，但仍受方案鎖定規則約束。新增 AstraZero 筆記須為 Pro、Ultra 或 Admin，使用區分大小寫、由非空白可列印 ASCII 字元組成的4～16字元 PIN；客戶端金鑰保護方式如前述。

五、方案、鎖定、刪除與付款

Ultra、Pro 與 Plus 分別以剩餘天數保存；系統優先使用 Ultra，再使用 Pro、Plus；較低階方案的時間暫停消耗。付費天數結束後沒有寬限期。超出當前方案額度的筆記會由後端依實際容量從大到小鎖定。鎖定筆記仍可閱讀與永久刪除，但不能編輯、分享、整理或復原。筆記若連續鎖定滿30天，將在沒有備份的情況下永久刪除。使用者有責任在期限前續訂、降低用量或自行備份。在法律允許的最大範圍內，對於依本規則刪除的超額筆記，營運者不負恢復或賠償責任。

Bitcoin 付款透過 Satora 處理；客戶端返回本站不代表付款成功，方案僅於後端驗證後啟用。為加快付款流程，Satora 可能在第一個區塊確認前回報已付款；若網路交易發生衝突，仍可能需要人工審查。若付款失敗、金額不符、長時間未完成或付款後方案未啟用，請勿再次付款，並應在發現問題後立即且最遲於7天內聯絡 astranote@nxlabtw.com。請提供 使用者名稱、本地訂單 ID、Satora 付款編號 及存在時的 交易識別碼，但不得提供密碼、PIN、私鑰或助記詞。除法律強制規定外，逾期未聯絡可能使營運者不再負保留、人工追查、恢復或補償該交易的義務。

六、分享

分享預設關閉。開啟後會產生難以猜測的唯讀連結，任何持有者可看到該筆記、您的公開顯示名稱及遮罩 電子郵件。分享頁會要求搜尋引擎不收錄，但無法保證第三方遵循。您須對分享內容負責。關閉分享、刪除筆記或刪除帳號時，連結立即失效。AstraSecret、AstraConfidential、AstraZero 與舊版 SCHybrid 需要擁有者的解密憑證，不提供分享功能。

七、禁止行為

不得利用 AstraNote 違法、侵害權利、威脅騷擾、散布不法內容、協助犯罪、儲存惡意程式、攻擊人員或系統、規避存取控制或速率限制、濫用自動化請求、未經書面授權探測或利用漏洞、妨害服務、存取他人帳號或筆記，或不合理耗用儲存、運算、頻寬、CAPTCHA 及管理資源。使用者須自行承擔其行為與內容責任。為保護使用者、系統、合法權利或可用性，營運者得採取合理限制或終止措施。

八、人類驗證

註冊、永久刪除筆記與建立付款訂單時須完成 CAPTCHA，驗證資料會交由驗證服務提供者並由 AstraNote 後端確認。完成 CAPTCHA 不代表請求必然獲准；系統仍會檢查登入階段、CSRF、所有權、容量及速率限制。

九、可用性、備份與變更

AstraNote 不提供使用者資料備份，重要內容須由您自行另存。服務可能因維護、安全、法律、財務、基礎設施或其他正當理由而變更、暫停、遷移、限制或終止；合理可行時將公告重大變更。條款變更會標示新的生效日期並以合理方式通知；在法律允許的範圍內，生效日後繼續使用即表示接受更新內容；依法需要另行同意時，會另行取得。本服務不適合緊急、生命安全、醫療、法定紀錄或唯一副本保存用途。

十、免責及責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，本服務按「現況」及「現有」提供，不保證永久、不間斷、無錯誤或絕對安全。對於非營運者可合理控制之事由、第三方服務、使用者遺失憑證、自行分享、裝置不相容或未自行備份造成的損失，營運者依法得免責或限制責任。若帳號或筆記資料因任何原因遺失、損壞或無法存取，或本網站中斷、無法使用或永久停止營運，在法律允許的最大範圍內，營運者不負恢復資料、繼續提供服務或賠償因此所生損失的責任。本條不排除法律禁止免除之責任，包括依法不得免除的故意或重大過失責任。

十一、帳號刪除

永久刪除帳號須具有效登入階段、輸入完整 使用者名稱、目前密碼及寄至 Email 的一次性六位數字。確認後，現行帳號資料夾及全部筆記會立即永久移除，所有登入階段與分享連結同時失效，且不能取消或復原。AstraNote 不提供服務備份。確認沒有同名帳號資料夾後，使用者名稱 與 電子郵件 得重新註冊；僅於法律要求或為法律請求之主張、行使或防禦所必要時，可能另行保留必要紀錄。

十二、智慧財產

除非另有明確的書面授權，AstraNote、程式碼庫原始碼、名稱、標誌、服務呈現與非使用者的第三方素材均為專有內容。Copyright (c) 2026 NXLabTW，保留所有權利。存取程式碼庫或服務不授予複製、修改、散布、再授權、部署或建立衍生著作的權利。

十三、準據法與爭議

本協議原則依中華民國法律解釋，但不排除適用於您的消費者、個資或管轄強制規定。在法律允許範圍內，以營運者所在地有管轄權之臺灣地方法院為第一審法院；本約定不剝奪消費者依法得使用的法院或小額訴訟管轄。

十四、一般條款

個別條款無效時，僅於必要最小範圍調整或分離，其餘仍有效。未行使權利不構成放棄。英文、繁體中文與日文版本力求同義；法律要求時，應依強制規定及對消費者較有利的解釋。相關問題可寄至前述聯絡信箱。

本規約は、未登録の NXLabTW ブランドで AstraNote を運営する個人（「運営者」）と利用者との契約です。連絡先：astranote@nxlabtw.com。法律上放棄できない権利は制限しません。

1. 同意と利用能力

アカウントの作成・利用により、本規約とプライバシーポリシーへの同意を確認します。全年齢が対象ですが、法律で必要な場合は法定代理人の同意・関与が必要です。未成年者のアカウントを作成・承認・管理する代理人は、その利用を監督してください。

2. サービス

Free は20ノート・128 KB、Plus は50ノート・256 KB、Pro は512 KB、Ultra は1024 KBです。Pro と Ultra のノート数は無限ですが、容量・利用頻度・合理的使用の制限は適用されます。1か月は連続30日を指し、1・3・6・9・12・24・36か月から購入できます。自動更新はありません。

3. アカウントと安全

正確な情報を登録し、認証情報を秘密に保ち、不正利用が疑われる場合は利用を停止してください。ユーザー名は大文字・小文字を区別せず一意で、変更できません。認証済みメールはパスワード再設定に使え、設定からメール二段階認証も有効にできます。有効時は正しいパスワードだけではサインインできず、メールで送られる一回限りの6桁コードも必要です。ノート PIN は独立した認証情報であり、パスワード再設定では復旧できません。AstraNote 全体では UTC の一日につき100通の送信上限を共有し、上限到達後は UTC 00:00 まで認証・再設定・二段階認証コードを送信できません。複数端末でログイン可能です。セッションは当初14日間、認証済み利用により2日延長でき、各ログインから最長28日です。設定でログイン中の端末を確認し、現在の端末以外のセッションを終了できます。記録された UTC の停止日までアカウントが停止中の場合、セッションは発行されません。

4. 内容と暗号化

ノートの所有権は利用者に残ります。運営者には、サービス提供に必要な保存、処理、暗号化・復号、送信、表示、保護、削除の限定的権利のみ許諾されます。暗号化なし、AES-128-GCM、AES-256-GCM、AstraSecret、AstraConfidential、AstraZero から作成時に選択し、後から方式は変更できません。タイトルは全方式で平文です。サーバー管理の AES は運営者が技術的に復号可能で、エンドツーエンド暗号化やゼロ知識ではありません。AstraSecret は4～6桁の数字 PIN、AstraConfidential は大文字・小文字を区別する4～16文字の表示可能 ASCII の PIN を使い、サーバー支援を伴うクライアント側暗号化です。新規 AstraConfidential は Plus 以上、AstraZero は Pro 以上で利用できます。AstraZero の PIN は空白を除く表示可能 ASCII の4～16文字で、鍵の保護は前述のとおりです。PIN や最終的な平文の鍵は保存しませんが、利用中のクライアント・配信コードを信頼する必要があります。PIN、アカウント、必要なサーバー保護情報の紛失は永久に復号不能となる場合があります。従来の AstraConfidential SCHybrid は4～6桁の PIN で継続利用できますが、プランのロックは適用されます。暗号化は保存容量を増やします。

5. プラン、ロック、削除、支払い

Ultra、Pro、Plus の残り日数を別々に記録し、この順に優先して消費します。上位プランの利用中、下位の残高は一時停止します。期限後の猶予期間はありません。上限超過ノートは大きい順にサーバーでロックされ、閲覧と完全削除はできますが、編集、共有、整理、復元はできません。30日間連続でロックされたノートはバックアップなしで完全削除されます。期限前に更新、使用量の削減、独立したコピーの確保を行ってください。法が許す範囲で、この規則に基づく削除の復旧・補償義務を負いません。

Bitcoin の支払いは Satora が処理し、クライアントの戻り操作だけでは完了の証明になりません。サーバー検証後に付与します。最初のブロック承認前に支払い済みと報告される場合があり、競合時は手動確認が必要です。失敗・金額不一致・未解決・未付与の支払いは再度支払わず、発見後直ちに、遅くとも7日以内に連絡してください。ユーザー名、注文番号、Satora 支払い識別番号、取引識別番号を伝え、パスワード、PIN、秘密鍵、復元フレーズは送らないでください。強行法規が要求する場合を除き、遅延通知により記録保全・調査・復旧・補償の義務を終了する場合があります。

クーポンを取得・共有・自動化・大量または反復使用して合理的使用を超える資源を得るなどの濫用を禁止します。運営者が濫用と判断した場合、アカウントと関連データを完全削除し、内部の異議申立て・再開・復元手続は提供しません。排除できない法的権利は制限しません。クーポンの利用回数規則は前述のとおりです。

6. 共有

共有は既定で無効です。有効化すると推測困難な読み取り専用リンクを発行し、保持者にノート、公開表示名、マスク済みメールアドレスを表示します。検索エンジンに非掲載を要求しますが、遵守は保証できません。共有内容の責任は利用者にあります。共有解除・ノート削除・アカウント削除でリンクは失効します。AstraSecret、AstraConfidential、AstraZero、従来の SCHybrid は所有者の復号情報が必要なため共有できません。

7. 禁止行為

違法行為、権利侵害、脅迫・嫌がらせ、違法な情報配布、犯罪支援、悪意あるコードの保存、攻撃、アクセス制御・頻度制限の回避、濫用的な自動要求、事前の書面許可のない脆弱性調査・悪用、妨害、他人のデータへのアクセス、容量・計算・通信・認証・運営資源の不合理な消費を禁止します。利用者は行為と内容に責任を負います。運営者は利用者、システム、権利、可用性の保護に合理的に必要なアクセス制限・終了を行えます。

8. 人間による認証

登録、ノートの完全削除、支払い注文作成には CAPTCHA が必要です。認証情報は提供者に送信し、サーバーで検証します。成功しても、セッション、CSRF、所有権、容量、頻度などの審査を免除しません。

9. 可用性、バックアップ、変更

独立したデータバックアップサービスは提供しません。重要情報はご自身で別途保存してください。保守、安全、法律、財務、基盤などの正当な理由でサービスを変更・停止・移転・制限・終了する場合があります。合理的に可能な場合、重要な変更を告知します。条項変更には新しい施行日を表示し合理的に通知します。法が許す範囲で、施行日後の継続利用は更新内容への同意となり、別途の同意が必要な場合は取得します。緊急時、生命安全、医療、法定記録、唯一の保存先には適しません。

10. 免責と責任制限

適用法が許す最大の範囲で「現状有姿」「利用可能な状態」で提供し、中断のない、無誤り、永久的、完全に安全な運用を保証しません。合理的支配外の事情、第三者サービス、認証情報の紛失、利用者の共有、非対応端末、独立したコピーの不保持による損害について、法が許す範囲で責任を制限します。データの消失・破損・アクセス不能、サービスの中断・利用不能・永久終了について、同範囲で復旧、継続提供、損失補償の義務を負いません。故意・重大な過失など法律上免除できない責任は排除しません。

11. アカウント削除

有効なログイン、正確なユーザー名、現在のパスワード、メールへ送った一回限りの6桁コードが必要です。確認後、稼働中のアカウントフォルダーと全ノートを直ちに完全削除し、全セッションと共有リンクを失効させます。取り消し・復元・サービスバックアップはありません。同名フォルダーがなくなった後、ユーザー名とメールを再登録できます。法的義務または請求の主張・行使・防御に必要な別記録は保存する場合があります。

12. 知的財産

別途明示された書面による許諾がない限り、AstraNote、リポジトリのソースコード、名称、ロゴ、サービス表現、利用者以外の第三者素材は専有物です。Copyright (c) 2026 NXLabTW. All Rights Reserved. リポジトリまたはサービスへのアクセスによって、複製、変更、配布、再許諾、展開、派生著作物の作成の権利は与えられません。

13. 準拠法と紛争

原則として中華民国（台湾）の法律に従いますが、適用される消費者・個人情報・裁判管轄の強行規定は排除しません。法が許す範囲で運営者所在地の台湾の管轄裁判所を第一審としますが、消費者に強行法規が認める裁判所・少額訴訟の利用を奪いません。

14. 一般条項
